Jojoba Oil:



Jojoba oil is the liquid wax produced in the seed of the jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) plant, a shrub native to southern Arizona, southern California, and northwestern Mexico. The oil makes up approximately 50% of the jojoba seed by weight. It's a great source of nourishment for your hair and body. It has omega-9 fatty acids which are known to help hair grow as well.

To use put a dime to a quarter size amount in the palm of your hand depending on how long and thick your hair is. Work the oil from the ends up to the roots. Because this oil is very dense you can add it to your favorite conditioner. Just a teaspoon to a 16oz bottle will do. It helps mend split ends and makes your hair strong and shinny.














Avocados are great to eat, but what if I told you they can be used as a masque not only for your face, but for your hair as well.
