Face Masque Recipe:
* 3 Strawberries
* 1/3cup Plain yogurt
* 1tsp Honey

Cut strawberries in to small chunks. Either mix or blend into a creamy paste. Apply directly onto clean skin. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Rinse and feel rejuvenated. This masque not only leaves your skin feeling smooth. It has nutrients to keep it that way. The strawberries have a natural Salicylic acid known to help acne. The probiotics in yogurt helps to balance out the bacteria in your skin while the milk hydrates. Honey is known to have anti-inflammatory agents. It aids as an antibacterial as well. So while the honey is killing the bad bacteria the yogurt is nourishing it with healthy bacteria leaving your skin balanced and healthy.

Good Morning Protein Shake:

* 1/2 cup blueberries
* 1/2 cup spinach

* 1tsp agave or honey
* 1 cup almond milk

Note: The strawberries, blueberries, and banana can be frozen. You may also add ice to create more of a smoothie rather than a shake. Perfect for on the go, breakfast, and snack before or after workout.
